Peter's Quiche

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1½ cups milk
• salt, pepper, cayene pepper to taste
• ground paprika
• 1 onion, chopped
• ½ cup self-raising flour
• 1 cup grated cheese
• (optional) 3 bacon rashers
• (optional) mushroom, diced
• (optional) capsicum, diced
• (optional) carrot, grated

Method

1. Preheat oven to 210°C
2. Mix ingredients together and pour into greased quiche dish.
3. Sprinkle with paprika for colour.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
5. Serve with salad and buttered bread (optional).
