Lemonade Scones

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180–200°C.
  2. Combine lemonade and cream, then add flour until looks right. Do not over mix!
  3. Roll out (pat out really), cut to desired size.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Traditionally, eat with jam, cream, and a cup of tea.
