Jack's Couscous

Method

  1. Prep veggies.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan, then start frying vegetables.
  3. To a small pot ddd 2 cups water, ½ cup stock and 1.75 cups pearl couscous. Bring to light boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Heat couscous until texture is approximately that of porridge, then add to veggie pan, stir, and serve.
