Ingredients
Method
- Prep veggies.
- Heat oil in a saucepan, then start frying vegetables.
- To a small pot ddd 2 cups water, ½ cup stock and 1.75 cups pearl couscous. Bring to light boil, stirring constantly.
- Heat couscous until texture is approximately that of porridge, then add to veggie pan, stir, and serve.
Notes
- Risoni is exactly the same stuff as pearl cous cous, at a reduced price, though the latter has a nicer texture.
- You want a ratio of about 7:10 couscous to liquid. However, don't exceed 4 cups water, even with larger amounts of couscous.
- Goes very nicely with chopped vegan sausages in the veggies.
