Dad's Salmon Pasta

Makes 4-6 serves, depending on how hungry you are.

Method

  1. Chop capsicum, prep garlic.
  2. Heat ~4L salted water.
  3. Boil pasta to cooked.
  4. (Meanwhile) heat garlic, oil and capers in a fry pan until garlic is golden brown.
  5. Add capsicum, cook until softened.
  6. Add philli, heat without boiling.
  7. Drain pasta, then pour sauce over pasta in drained pot.
  8. Serve pasta, shred smoked salmon over top.
  9. Serve with parmesan (and garlic bread).
