Accidental Marmalade

1 barspoon marmalade
1 shot (30 ml) vodka
1 shot (30 ml) Lillet Blanc
1/2 shot (15 ml) gomme syrup
25 ml fresh lemon juice
1/2 shot (15 ml) aquafaba
Ice cube
Dehydrated orange wheel, for garnish

2 shots (60 ml) vodka
1/2 shot (15 ml) fresh lime juice
4 shots (120 ml) ginger beer, to top
Splash of grenadine ("a splash of love")
Lime wheel, for garnish
